Welcome to Croft SMP. By using our website, booking a consultation, or receiving services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Croft SMP is a Scalp Micropigmentation studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. All services provided are cosmetic in nature and are not considered medical treatments. Services are performed by a certified SMP technician.

2. Booking and Consultations

Clients must be 18 years of age or older.
Consultations are free and required before treatment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure treatment appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final session.
Clients agree to provide accurate health information relevant to treatment safety.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

4. Payments

We accept e-transfer, cash, and approved third-party payment platforms (e.g., Sezzle, Klarna, etc.).
All balances must be paid in full on the day of treatment unless a payment plan has been arranged.
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, quotes given during your consultation will be honored for 30 days.

5. Results and Expectations

Results may vary depending on skin type, aftercare, and individual response to pigment.
While we aim for natural and realistic outcomes, no specific result is guaranteed.
Additional sessions may be required for optimal results.

6. Photos and Media Consent

Before and after photos may be taken for documentation.
With your written consent, photos may be used for marketing (website, social media, etc.).
You may opt out of media use at any time by informing us in writing.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of SMP as a cosmetic procedure, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued once a session has begun or been completed.
If you are unsatisfied with the results, we encourage you to discuss adjustments or additional sessions with us.

8. Client Responsibilities

Follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.
Be honest about any past procedures or SMP work done elsewhere.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be sold or shared. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Croft SMP reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, health concerns, or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

Croft SMP Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Effective Dates

This giveaway is open from June 1, 2025, to June 7, 2025. Winners will be announced via DM on Instagram @croftsmp on June 8, 2025.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Open to residents of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or those willing to travel to Etobicoke, Ontario, at their own expense.
To be eligible, participants must:
- Follow @croftsmp on Instagram
- Like the official post
- Tag at least one friend in the comments of the post

2. Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected at random:

First, Second, and Third Place – Full SMP treatment, at 50%.
All treatments will be performed at Croft SMP Studio, 372 Brown's Line, Etobicoke, ON.

3. Prize Details

The full SMP treatment consists of three (3) to four (4) sessions, including:
- Session 1: Minimum duration of 4 hours
- Sessions 2–4: Approximately 2–3 hours each

4. Winner Availability & Forfeiture

Winners must respond within 48 hours of the announcement.
Winners must also consent to their treatment progress being featured on Croft SMP’s social media and marketing platforms (faces will be hidden unless written consent is provided).
All winners must be available to begin treatment within 14 days of announcement (by June 22, 2025).
Failure to respond or begin treatment within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be randomly selected.
Winners must attend all scheduled sessions. Missed or rescheduled appointments may result in forfeiture of the remaining sessions or prize.

5. Costs Not Covered

The prize covers SMP treatment only. The following are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winners:

Parking fees
Transportation or mileage
Time off work
Lodging, meals, or any other incidental costs

6. Health & Consent

All winners must undergo a pre-treatment consultation to confirm eligibility.
A signed client consent form and liability waiver are required prior to any procedure.
Croft SMP reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or inappropriate for the individual.

7. Use of Images

By participating in the giveaway, entrants grant Croft SMP permission to photograph or record their treatment for marketing and educational purposes.

Faces will remain concealed unless explicit written consent is provided.

8. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
Croft SMP reserves the right to cancel, amend, or extend the giveaway at any time for any reason.

9. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, all participants release Instagram of any responsibility.

10. Acceptance of Terms
